Commerce Consulting started in 2008 as a local company that handled accounting, IT and Human Resources for a suite of family-owned businesses. In 2012, Clay took over as Executive Director of the Montgomery Downtown Business Association. After growing it's membership tenfold, he realized the huge need in innovative thinking within the association framework. Today, Commerce Consulting has pivoted to fill that need in Association Management by providing quality, innovative task management remotely.
